Anthony Gordon signs for Barça until 2031, for a package worth over €80 million. Softfootball, gathered Anthony Gordon left Newcastle in the early hours of Friday, 29 May 2026, and arrived in Barcelona around 18:00 to complete the move.
Speaking to the media, Gordon shared how long he had dreamed of this moment:
“I wanted to play here since I was 3 years old.” “I had a physio at Newcastle who was Spanish and we spoke Spanish every day. I told him I wanted to play for Barça one day, that’s why I speak some Spanish.”
